Machine Learning Engineer

As a Machine Learning Engineer at The Startups Kitchen, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our AI-driven co-founder matching algorithm.

The algorithm aims to connect entrepreneurs with suitable co-founders based on complementary skills and shared vision, driving the success of early-stage startups in Africa.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn).
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications in natural language processing and recommendation systems.
• Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Experience with deep learning models, neural networks, and data visualization is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset to iteratively improve the algorithm's performance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
