Job Description

Presenting menus and providing detailed information about menu items, including specials and recommendations.
Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Communicating effectively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Serving food and beverages to guests courteously and professionally.
Anticipating guests' needs and accommodating special requests whenever possible.
Monitoring tables to ensure guests have everything they need and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Processing payments accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including resetting tables and ensuring proper table setup.
Assisting with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with guests and colleagues.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Knowledge of food and beverage pairings and a willingness to learn about our menu offerings.
Ability to maintain composure under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
