About the RoleApollo Agriculture is seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager with excellent knowledge of analytics to monitor and improve Apollo Agriculture’s operational processes and performance. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker that can quantify qualitative insights. The successful candidate will use data and analytics to improve existing processes and drive efficiencies across the operations department and Apollo as a whole. Your Responsibilities:
  • Own Apollo’s business forecasting and planning processes
  • Define and oversee the implementation of the the analytics strategy for the Operations department
  • Identify, own and manage key areas for improvement and insights across operations
  • Oversee the total business picture and proactively identify improvement opportunities
  • Manage prioritization of requests towards analytics and data functions from the business to ensure timeliness and relevance in delivery
  • Build processes that meet Apollo’s business objectives
You:
  • Can rapidly assimilate new information and turn it into clear strategic judgements with sound logical reasoning
  • Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Science or a related quantitative field
  • Are extremely proficient in analytical tools, including MS Excel and SQL
  • Have experience in the Business Analytics, Consulting or Business Development fields
  • Are skilled at using data to measure performance and drive decisions
  • Can translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Have 6+ years working experience in an analytically focused role
  • Embrace rather than struggle with frequent change and can work well in ambiguity
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have experience leading teams
  • Knowledge of Python or R programming is an added advantage
