Production Manager (Kenya)

As a Production Manager/Producer you will help produce interesting and meaningful audio visual content that attracts the attention of potential new clients. You will be responsible for developing audio visual content that will separate us from the crowd.

Tasks amp; Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the larger team in content planning
• Generate ideas for new projects that align with the mission of the organization
• Develop scripts for projects
• Ensure high quality delivery of audio visual content
• Provide leadership to the production team - during pre-production, production amp; post-production phases
• Travel on location to support the filming production activities
• Create a budget and schedule for projects.

Requirements

• You have a degree in film production or another relevant field
• You have prior experience with film production
• You have excellent time management skills
• You have strong interpersonal skills
• You have the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
• You are willing to work irregular hours
• You are available to travel regularly.
• Experience with Google Suite, Slack and Monday will be an added advantage.
