We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, dynamic and established Digital Sales Account Executive to join our Performance Team in Kenya. We need someone who has strong organisational and people skills as the position requires daily communication with our clients and agencies. The ideal candidate will have established relationships within the digital media industry and is mature enough to work independently. You will be trained on Yahoo but general client relationship and account management skills must already exist.

Requirements

The role comprises of the following responsibilities:

  • Drive and grow existing account revenues
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets
  • Provide day to day support to your portfolio of clients
  • Manage and build client direct and agency relationships
  • Report on campaign performance
  • Ensure your clients are kept up to date on any new product offerings and are educated on Yahoo's capabilities
  • Liaising with your Account Managers and Brand Strategists for day to day support
  • Prepare and present proposals
  • Fulfil all role functionalities associated with sales and account management
  • Daily pipeline management and other related admin

Requirements:

  • Digital Media Sales experience (min 5 years)
  • Experience in selling Google Ads (or similar)
  • Knowledge of Google Ad Suite
  • Exposure to programmatic display advertising
  • Knowledge of the SA digital agency landscape
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
  • Good numerical skills
  • Ambitious, team player and a positive attitude
