Job Description
Search for Common Ground (Search) is a worldwide Non-Profit Organization with the primary objective to change the way the world deals with conflict, away from adversarial approaches towards collaborative Solutions.
Search has been working in Kenya since 2008, when we launched the award-winning series The Team. Our work has focused on overcoming ethnic, political, social and cultural divides, furthering constructive interaction and healthy relationships between civil society and key government actors, and transforming violent Conflict.
In this call, Search intends to identify a service provider that can document success stories (Video and Magazine) for the Uchaguzi Bila Balaa project.
In the execution of this task the service provider will need to note that traveling to Garissa, Lamu, Tana River, Kilifi, Kwale and Mombasa will be required.
In the execution of this task the service provider will be required to deliver:1. Work in collaboration with Search For Common Ground in developing storyboards.2. 4K or High Definition MP4 files of the success stories.3. A Documenting Schedule.
Therefore the station will need to provide the following in their application;1. A company profile2. Samples of previous work done3. A quotation for production of a 3-5 minutes video and at least 12 pages Coloured Magazine.

EVALUATION CRITERIA: An internal committee will assess the bids received, on the basis of: 1) Proven track record producing high-quality videos for a national and international audience2) prior experience producing success stories for international NGOs in Kenya3) Knowledge of the target locations ) value for money4) shortest delivery datAs job descriptions cannot be exhaustive, the position holder may be required to undertake other duties that are broadly in line with the above key responsibilities.
