- As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for helping us build our business activities through discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer’s satisfaction as well as conducting market research to identify possibilities and evaluate customer needs .
Responsibilities
- Contributing to the achievement of allocated annual sales targets by proactively and rigorously engaging in sales activities
- Building and maintaining relationships with the new and existing clients
- Presenting the organization’s system in a structured professional way to potential clients.
- Maintaining contact with clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Providing information feedback to the Operations Manager, on customer requirements and competitor activity in the region.
- Communicating effectively with customers and maintain up to date information regarding new initiatives, prices, promotions, new product listings, and product de-lists.
- Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer
- Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing quotations to customers
- Gathering Market and Customer information.
- Liaising with customers and follow up on order requisitions.
- Liaising with the Production Department for stocks management
- Management of Sales and Order records and updating the production department accordingly.
- Establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships by providing an efficient, reliable, friendly and courteous service to all customers.
- Ensuring Sales performance and aiming to meet and/or exceed targets
- Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues
