Job Description

Bean Interactive Ltd. is a Digital Transformation agency that fosters market disruption through our carefully crafted Digital Transformation Consultancy Services that encompasses Strategy, Product Innovation and Design.

We are currently looking for a Community Manager, whose overall purpose will be to offer community support, content distribution and digital engagement aimed at building brand presence and trust online for all our clients.

The timeline for receipt of all applications is COB 28th July 2023


Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create engaging, catchy and shareable content for social media pages in line with client and brand specifications.
  • Plan, execute and evaluate both social and web related content according to predetermined briefs.
  • Identify the target audience for campaigns and decide on the best communication strategies suited for the audience;
  • Interact and engage customers to align unselfish service of their needs, with each of their brand’s corporate objectives;
  • Monitor social media campaigns and analyze web traffic from the online community using the key performance indicators and use the feedback for decision making.
  • Provide feedback and reports to the various stakeholders regarding the online community activities.
  • Research and establish new marketing and outreach opportunities to push the various brands within your portfolio
  • Participate in social and corporate events and workshops.
  • Keep oneself abreast of all social media trends and implement best practices to build the client’s brand presence online
  • Represent the company and uphold its brand reputation at all times.
  • Build and maintain brand content distribution networks by way of social media channels.
  • Respond to all questions, concerns and clarifications from clients, customers and stakeholders regarding the various brands within your portfolio.
  • Identify threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding Bean Interactive Limited’s brand and report to appropriate parties;
  • Create content for feeds and snippets in various social media sites;
  • Participate in social media, as yourself and white hat avatars, on the company’s behalf
  • Create, update and submit reports to the client and management where necessary;
  • Manage Bean Interactive Limited’s online presence.
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned to you by persons placed in authority over you.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communication or related field from a recognized institution.
  • Experience in a Marketing Agency in a similar position is a MUST.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years experience in advertising, digital marketing, social media management or a similar field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products amp; social media scheduling tools.
  • Ability to work in a high pressure environment with strict deadlines.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented collaborative environment.
  • Experience in influencer management.
  • Demonstrated creativity and documented immersion in social media;
  • Demonstrated ability to map out a digital marketing strategy and then drive that strategy proven by testing and metrics;
  • Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing;
  • Discretion to identify threats and opportunities in user generated content;
  • Understanding of SNS universe including YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WeChat,WhatsApp, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Yahoo, blogs, etc
