Our vision is that emergency response is only minutes away, no matter where you are or who you are. Over the last five years, we've built and deployed a lifesaving platform and assembled the largest network of ambulances and first responders in East Africa. Our platform has reduced response times by over 80%, saving thousands of lives from previously impossible situations. We are expanding our operations and looking for passionate, hardworking, and effective team members to spearhead this next growth phase.
We are 40+ business, finance, amp; ops specialists, software engineers, and emergency dispatchers based in Nairobi and operating throughout Kenya, with plans to expand rapidly to other countries from 2023. The Role
At the heart of our success lies our exceptional team of individuals dedicated to saving lives and transforming healthcare outcomes. We are rapidly growing and seeking an experienced people/talent expert to manage employee evaluations, growth, and goal-driven performance/KPI tracking. As the Employee Achievement and Success Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the people strategy at our company by enforcing and driving performance-oriented and achievement-oriented culture through regular KPI and assessment tracking strategies and processes. This leadership role will require a deep understanding of startup culture, experience in fast-growing environments, and a passion for making a lasting impact in emergency response.
