Your RoleAs a Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our existing knowledge and new learnings from our activities are captured, organized, and made easily accessible across all Labs functions.The Documentation Specialist Role lies under the knowledge management function at labs, led by the Head of Strategy, KOKO Labs. Demonstrating success in this role will ultimately lead to a knowledge manager position for KOKO Labs.What You Will Do
  • You will develop a deep understanding of KOKO’s Innovation Program areas, and ensure that our activities and learnings are documented and well-organized in a logical, succinct, and actionable manner to aid strategic and operational decisions. Your day to day tasks will consist of the following.
  • Receiving briefings from Program Managers, Researchers, Designers, and subject matter experts.
  • Building and maintaining fact books for each program area.
  • Staying up to date with learning activities across research, design, and prototyping.
  • Reviewing and summarizing key takeaways from consumer amp; market research data and academic literature.
  • Organizing documentation on our activities and learning in separate corpuses, by program/project area.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date summary document of the current state of each program area and and most critical set of hypothesis that need validation.
  • Capturing, organizing, and sharing new domain knowledge for use in future projects.
What You Will Bring
  • At least 2 years of experience in roles that require strong documentation and organizational skills in a business setting.
  • Experience with making reports for mid and senior management.
  • Advanced PowerPoint/slides and word/docs user.
  • Strong note taker with a typing speed gt; 50 WPM.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and frameworks for the analysis and presentation of information.
  • Academic background in economics/business administration/management/marketing/ finance strongly preferred.
  • Excellent skills in communication, and interpersonal relations.
