Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical liaison for business systems and analytics, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of critical business systems, including ERP, CRM, financial, and analytic solutions.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement innovative data and business intelligence solutions, focusing on automating pipelines, reports, and interactive dashboards for actionable insights.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and develop tailored solutions meeting business needs.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations to optimize business operations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the full lifecycle of project management, from planning and analysis to technical implementation and maintenance.
  • Conduct regular system audits, assess performance, and recommend improvements to ensure efficiency and scalability.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance business systems and analytics.
  • Collaborate with vendors and partners to negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and ensure service level agreements are met.
