Key Responsibilities
1. System Installation and Configuration:
o Lead the installation and configuration of Microsoft ERP systems, ensuring a seamless integration with existing infrastructure. o Collaborate with IT teams to address technical requirements and dependencies during the installation process.
2. Implementation Planning and Execution:
o Develop comprehensive implementation plans, considering project timelines, resource allocation, and client requirements. o Execute ERP system implementations, adhering to best practices and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
3. Microsoft Dynamics Expertise:
o Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics modules, providing insights into customization, integration, and optimization.
o Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics updates and enhancements, incorporating new features into system implementations.
4. Quality Assurance and Testing:
o Conduct thorough quality assurance and testing of ERP installations to identify and resolve any issues promptly.
o Collaborate with end-users to validate system functionality and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
5. Training and Support:
o Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on Microsoft ERP systems, ensuring a smooth transition to new technologies.
o Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, addressing issues in a timely and effective manner.
Proven experience in the installation and implementation of Microsoft ERP systems. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, with expertise in customization, configuration, and optimization. Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor ERP implementations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and endusers. Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving related to ERP system deployments. Ability to stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and Microsoft Dynamics advancements.
