Job Description
DGB is a purpose-driven project developer specializing in nature-based solutions, managing high-quality projects that emphasize ecosystem restoration, conservation, and biodiversity enrichment.
Through our projects, products and services, we aid companies in understanding and committing to environmental improvement, assessing their environmental footprint, developing strategies for environmental solutions, and communicating their progress on sustainability transparently.
Our in-house software development team is at the forefront of creating innovative platform solutions, including our proprietary carbon calculator and satellite mapping tools, to support our project development.
Tasks amp; Responsibilities:
- Lead the technology strategy and vision, aligning it with the company’s mission and objectives.
- Oversee the development and implementation of in-house platform solutions
- Manage the technology team, setting objectives, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Ensure the security and compliance of all technology systems and software.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar leadership role within the technology sector
- Strong background in software development, including experience with carbon calculation and satellite mapping technologies.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for sustainability and technology’s role in environmental conservation.
