About the role
Through experimentation, reporting and automation, the Portfolio Health Associate will support the company in improving its customer selection and repayment efficiency. They will evaluate the customers’ performance, identify operational improvements and drive initiatives.

KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
Decrease early-stage delinquency rate
- Improve current customer onboarding process;
- Design and implement customer screening and selection methodology;
- Detected and Investigate Fraud cases on customer selection, product tampering and data collection
- Design and develop systems to detect early defaulters.
Report monthly and quarterly credit performance
- Design new reporting template for Leadership and other stakeholders
- Deliver Monthly reporting on credit management.
Increase repayment efficiency/collections
- Design and implement experiments geared towards improving and maintaining a healthy credit performance across Pawame’s customer base.
- Drive loyalty program and incentive structure.
Increase customer repayment by redesign processes and improving interaction with our customers
- Document and update current customer touchpoints that affect the repayment behaviour of Pawame’s customer.
- Suggest enhancements to current process and policies to drive repayments.

Sales amp; Field Operations
The Associate will report on field agent performance.
Data amp; Analytics
The Associate will work with the Head of Data and Analytics to verify data and design new reporting tools.
Leadership
The Associate will report to the Senior Leadership on credit performance.
Requirements
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or other Social studies from a reputable university.
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management is mandatory.
Preferred experience: Previous credit analyst experience is preferred
Technical attributes and competencies
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel is required | Advanced knowledge of Excel is preferred.
- Knowledge of credit management frameworks.
- Excellent reporting and analytical skills.
- Previous project management experience is preferred however the interest in project management required.
- Experience in Python coding is an added advantage.
- Previous off-grid solar experience is an added advantage.

- Team player amp; eager to learn about the off-grid solar sector amp; about all areas of the company operations. Previous off-grid solar experience is an advantage.
