Social Media Marketing Manager Position
Our company is looking for a dedicated Digital marketing manager to work with us manage the handling of all social media channels and promoting products & content in order to promote our brand by posting promotional content and interacting with an existing customer base on online social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube and TikTok.
Key responsibilities
Creating engaging Multimedia content, including text posts, video and images for use on social media.
Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels, promoting products & content, scheduling posts and stories in a way that is consistent with our brand and social media strategy.
Regularly interacting with customers and dealing with customers’ enquiries via Telephone, Whatsapp, email, or face-to-face.
Developing new creative and engaging social media strategies and campaigns.
Managing a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and influencer advertising.
Keeping track of data and analysing the performance of social media campaigns
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
Undertake audience research
Meeting and collaboration with stakeholders such as social media influencers.
Analyze competitor activity and recommend improvements to increase performance
Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
Qualifications and Skills Required
1 year Social Media experience using social media for brand awareness and impressions
Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Ads and other social media best practices
Solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
Good understanding of social media KPIs
Familiarity with web design and publishing
Excellent multitasking skills
Photo and video-editing experience
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
