Role Title: Partnerships Associate
Manager Role: COO

Your responsibilities in this role
- Manage inbound requests for partnership activities and support Partnership Leads from initial sourcing to diligence to technical integration
- Build and own effective processes to streamline the contract management process, including review, renewal and organisation, across multiple geographies
- Work closely with Legal amp; Compliance to amend policies, due diligence forms and contracts
- Identify and mitigate project risks and blockers; escalate and resolve issues impacting project success and company-wide level goals
- Conduct market research work for Expansion activities in new geographies and new services; develop cases and proposals to pitch for internal approval
- Support in organising Events in Nairobi Headquarter
Must have job requirements
- Extremely organised, detail-oriented and hungry to learn
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to manage and deliver on multiple competing priorities
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills, presentation skills and ability to articulate complex concepts to senior management amp; cross-functional teams
- Quick learner and the ability to think outside of the box
- A Bachelors degree
- At least 1 year of experience in a professional setting, ideally in a Business Development or administrative role
- You’re a people person, who enjoys networking and are able to form strong relationships from the outset
Nice to have job requirements
- Knowledge of the Fintech industry
- Experience working in Legal amp; Compliance
- Prior experience working with Telcos, PSPs and Banks
